Text of Recommendation
We recommend that the EAC address and resolve the following recommendations that the Nebraska Secretary of State’s Office: (a) Transfer to the election fund $39,828 for the questioned costs cited above. (b) Determine if public relation services paid for with Section 101 funds are allowable due to the lack of documentation provided by the Office.
