Text of Recommendation
We recommend that the New Jersey treasurer transfer the unexpended appropriated matching funds, $2,718,402, and the $443,961 of interest owed to the election account for the period from September 2004 through July 2010, plus the additional compounded interest of $4,092 as of October 31, 2010 and any additional compounded interest owed through the date of the transfer.
