a. EAC should develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that there is a clear understanding of the process that will be followed and that EAC ultimately has a responsibility for overseeing this process. Moreover, policy related to conflict of interest and ethics should be established. b. EAC should ensure the Laboratory Accreditation Program Manual under development is completed by the end of FY 2007.
