A.3: The DoD OIG recommended that the Defense Security Cooperation Agency Director, in coordination with the Commanding General of U.S. Army Security Assistance Command, develop a process to permanently mark serial numbers on each Night Vision Device to avoid serial number stickers that, with use, can become detached from the device or become illegible.
