The BOP continue to enhance the design and implementation of process level controls to be more specific in how the control should be performed, including standard criteria to consider in the performance of the control and sufficiently document the control so it can be consistently performed. Once controls are fully designed and implemented, the BOP should monitor the operating effectiveness of the controls. (Updated)
