We recommend the Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Under Secretary for the Science and Technology Directorate, in consultation with the Office of Procurement Operations, develop and implement a process to ensure required special clauses are included in contracts for project acquisitions with a high risk of unauthorized access to or disclosure of sensitive information.
